1. Original Softban: Pokestop gives nothing + Pokemon fled on first ball
2. Pokestop gives items + Pokemon always flee
3. Pokestops always out of range + No pokemon spawn


Hard Ban:
1. Read data error on phone
2. Not sure if this is going to be permanent yet, but it looks like it is going to be permanent with a new Niantic Ban Appeal Page

1. IP Ban temporarily (30mins+)


Hard IP Ban:
1. IP Blacklisted on Niantic server, unable to access PokeGo from that IP anymore.

i guess people asked this for many times but i cant read whole 7 pages. can anyone share 100% info (if there is any) about this ban? so far i spinned the pokestops and could earn items and fight gyms but still pokemon flee. is that a permanent ban? soft?
i wish for honest answer. plus people can get lately news about that ban.

Half of the responses here seem like they were sent by completely clueless people. But that aside:

my bot was running when the problems began, yet I could and still can log in without any problems. I can run around and catch pokemon, but can't loot any pokestops for like 10 hours (getting the try again later error).

Not sure what is going on completely, because this issue doesn't seem like a proper ban.

I thought it was a local server issue, but my state's server has gone back up recently and the error still persists.

Account 1 all the time in Central Park : Can loot pokestops, all pokemon catchflee (whole afternoon already)

Account 2 all the time in Tokyo Disney : Can loot from pokestops, all pokemon catchflee (whole afternoon already).

I dont hope this is permaban, but otherwise. Meh.

I also see that since i have these catchflee the US severs seem to have problems: Is Pokemon GO down or not?

Anyway, it might just be server related

Literally read every single page, but thought I'd give my experience still.

My botted account was using necro. I had it running a while, when I last checked a few hours ago I was getting every pokemon fleeing on the not and saying it was a possible soft ban. Though I have not logged in on my phone since the bot was in Central Park. I'm not home so I can't use nox or anything like that to check, but just thought I'd say that.

My main account, I did not bot. Though I did snipe a bit on it. I'm still able to login in fine on my phone. I still see nearby pokemon and pokestops. Haven't tested anything else yet.

Haxton, Necro and PogoLocatonFeeder will get you banned.

There is 1 bot with a certain setting that does not get you banned and that works currently on the 5th hour for me. Its 50-60k exp/h and very human in its setting.

So get your shit together. Create a new accunt. Download this bot called MOBBOT (newest edition) and run it without ****ing tweaking it. Im not sure if I am allowed to paste the URL here, so pm me for that.
