Every legit player I know is working fine. But it just so happens, that all the botters are getting this strange error message. Even funnier is this theory that your sessions are stuck somewhere....because all the botters must have been on the same server(s)!

They WILL ban ,,, ppl runing 300 km /h bots because THIS IS EASY TO DETECT. they got around 200 milions of users non stop growing they runing SIMPLE GAME they dont got punkbusters they dont got real anti cheat they got ANDROID GAME . if there are working bots for bf4 wow diablo 3 etc etc etc etc etc etc WHY U THINK SMALL COMPANY WITH SIMPLE GAME CAN AND HAVE RESOURCES KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNOLOGY TO FREAKING DETECT BOTS? they cannot becasue gps technology in fone sux big time/ if they make script that WILL DETECT BOTS FOR SURE , they will have 3 false positives on each bot player . they cannot do that for obvious reazons if u think some one sit and wathc like 200 milions players play ur wrong the algorytms can spot things like moving 300k per h without an street or so but not when us etup bot on 20 k/h simply is imposible .

It's false. Niantic haven't released any information regarding bans as yet. This is an individuals account, not controlled by Niantic sources.

i can tell u one thing:if u get banned u get banned : I DONT HAVE ANY IFNORMATION THAT IM BANNED I CAN LOGIN I CAN USE GYMS= server issues
i jump to central park : than back to my home and i got SOFT BANNED FROM GYM.. spinn for win soft ban lifted .
also SITE WITH SERVER STATUYS FOR COUNTRYS SHOWS THAT HALF OF EUROPE SERVERS ARE DOWN FROM EXACLY MOMENT MY BOT STOP CATCHING POKEMONS
checked logs checked server status

conclusion :99% server problems : anyway im watching live stream from one guy from here whos boting for 5 hours so far AND NO BAN = THEY DONT INTRODUCED NEW BANING SCRIPT OR THIS GUY GOT BANNED ASAP. this is how its works in ANY ONLINE GAME THAT HAVE ANTICHEAT ..

Reddit usually goes batshit when people can't login, but a part from the Dev board, there is no mention of it? There is no mention of this issue on any of the big pokemon websites, a part from sections relating to perm bans?

Above all else, I have actually talked to a developer from Niantic, who has confirmed it.

I'm all for hope, sadly the only solution is to appeal or start again.
