Well my account isn't banned, i just cant loot pokestops i have bagspace for items all i get is "please try again later" and i'm still fully capable of catching pokemon

Genuinely have zero idea as to why i cant loot pokestops, 45 spins etc doesn't remove it either.

So just to put this out there. I was using my acc on my phone not a bot when the supposed ban wave hit. the game gave me a "Network Error" in red like it gives when you lose a GPS connection. when I restarted the game I got the "could not retrieve game data from server" stuff. so my guess is its either a Ban type thing or its just like the people are saying and the acc that were online at the time of the crash are locked out..
PS my botted acc works just fine.

did you spoof before with that acct or done any gym taking?

Servers are messed up, including log in servers. Just because you can log in with a different account, doesn't mean that everything's ok and you must have been banned - Not everyone's data is stored on one little rack in some guys shed.

Just chill until all the servers are green, then try.

My bot's running fine, ran all night, no issues. My friend cannot sign in with a legitimate account, so everything points primarily at the state of the servers.
The server malfunction may have been responsible for your softban, and you probably can't get back on properly to bypass it because of the server state.

Also, enough with all the "I know for fact it's a ban", because you don't, so..

I currently just took my Flee-banned account (Spoofed in china before the issue 10 hours ago occurred) logged in from my smartphone (IP Located in US, spoofed to the same state, ~30 miles away) and spun a pokestop 43 times, I received pokeballs and a potion, as well as EXP. A Paras Spawned next to me. I caught the Paras. I am un-fleebanned.
