my main account was the one i spent $10USD on. And it was banned. So that wont be a stop gap measure.

Just ran an account on Necro bot @ 4:20 PM. Its 8:09 PM and the account has the "failed to get game data" on it. So big bro is watching..

The ban(catchflee) was uplifted on my account at 0:00 0+GMT , I think its not by duration but by a global schedule.

1 account with pokestop ban, another account with failed data, 5 other accounts just fine...all necro
Appears to be hit and miss, the account with failed data has not been botted for a week

3/24 accounts failed to get data..

My failed to get data account hasn't been botted in a week+ my brother botted 24/7 then stopped and hasn't botted in 3 weeks and he is untouched. there's a small timeline.

acc lv 38 botting all day was softbanned, then "game data gone". i can't create new one with same name and pokemons in gyms still there
acc lv 27 not botting on for a week is ok

You guys are clinging on to hope with this login issue thing when it's clearly a ban. Niantic posts, boom server issues. You're not connecting to the serve because they banned you. Face what's going to be thrown in your face within 1-2 more days. I have 3 accounts all have been cheated on and botted. My highest botted account and most sniped account literally is the only one with the problem. The other 2 accounts login within a second and have ZERO personal snipes done to my account within the last 2 weeks.

All you can do is wait for a better bot to be released, and do it all over again

As for me I am done playing this game, whether I botted or not, sniped or not, it still took a lot of time and waiting to get everything I wanted. I felt proud regardless, and if they're taking that away I will never put another dollar into this game again, my other 2 accounts can remain unused

Take care community nice to read all of your opinions & help at times. 24 years old I never would've thought I would care about Pokemon but here I was spoofing for 6-12 hours a day literally happy doing it.

my acc lv 31 stop botting since last Big update ( The New bots from Necro ) which means I have stopped botting for almost 1 week.

But it still gets the "failed to get data" error.

I GOT UPDATE ABOUT THE "Failed to get game data from the server." message.

a friend of mine got JUST 20 minutes ago a email from niantic that his account got banned permanently due to using unofficial 3th party software.

he got exactly the same problem like all of us. "Failed to get game data from the server."

but there is some diffrences:
i didnt get this email (yet)
he got this "Failed to get game data from the server." message only the last hour. and he got this email whithin an hour!
and i get this message already for 23+ hours.

felt really sad for him cuz he got only that account... it was a level 27
