Don't jump to conclusions, it's totally possible it's a ban, however it's also possible it isn't. The message doesn't appear to be a ban, it sounds like you just couldn't connect. Wait a day or two and try again.

I have 4 accounts:

2 Google accounts got that problem, failed to get game data.
1 PTC Account can login normally.
1 another Google account can login normally.
