The failed to get server data issues, is due the technical crashes the server is happening, and ur account is just stuck. You can just check the server status and find out the current problems many people are having not just you.

No, if you just google Pokemon go server status, there are plenty of legitimate players that have the same issues.

For everyone with the catch flee error, this is a fault in the coding where is trying to catch a Pokemon that has despawned.
If this is happening repeatedly then I would check internet connections as the data it's reciving for currently spawned Pokemon is obsolete.
There is some bots who have written coding to prevent the "catch flee" errors but there is still a lot of bots that don't have anything in place.
I normally just wait it out and it will either move onto a Pokemon that is currently spawned or the connection will stabilise and continue on.
