New type of softban?

People using haxton/necro right now are getting a ban where all pokemon flee but pokestops are still useable. Looks like Niantic stepped their game up.

using exxos, getting stops and catchsuccess, occasional stop softban, cleared in under 45 attempts, often <10. what are you thinking would cause what your experiencing? moving around too fast? pretty sure mines set to 300m/s

Haxxton causes me to get ban in 15 minutes time. Had to wait for my ISP to release my IP before bottling again. Exxos low exp, no bans
