its will keep pokemon with 100IV so if u have 4 dragonite (3 iv 100 and 1 iv 99) my configs will keep 3 dragonite and transfer 1 dragonite with 99 IV

It will keep it? Even in the config it says "KeepMinDuplicatePokemon: 1" ? Doesn't that code means it will only keep one pokemon of each kind ?
