2.

The Dragonair lv9 .. with 100% iv too .. should i lvup it to max and evo ..? after evo .. will it be 100% iv dragonite ? this will need double up stardust right compare with snorlex right..?

when u get to trainer lvl 30 u can max al your pokemon

This is incorrect, at level 38 they no longer give you the option to level up your pokemon

When you evolve pokemon they keep their IV, that why 100% Eevees are so valuable, when you evolve them they stay 100% and you only have to hope you got the good moveset

yes, you can power up to max depend on your trainer level

Hi! i catch a Dratini IV 100%, lvl 24 with 674 CP. Can someone teach me for the best evolve ?

Ive install Pokebotninja, but i dont know the steps for the best way possible.
Evolve right now or powerup first?
My training lvl is 25, i know the "restriction" with the powerup by trainer lvl

I'm wondering the same thing. I have a 200 CP dratini 100% IV. If I'm aiming for 3500 CP dragonite, is there like a CP my dratini must reach first before I evolve it? Or I can straight away evolve them to dragonite and just keep powering up to 3500 CP?
