I'm annoyed that you cannot take the 2 minutes to find this info on google. But anyway heres the short version:

1. make a new txt file to haxton folder
2. copy paste the text
3. save as whatever.bat
4. double click whatever.bat
5. do not close the empty cmd window

Does the bot remove soft bans with built in quick spin?

I don't think this bot is even getting soft-banned. Just ip-banned, which it does not know how to react to.

I switched to a different bot to get my last 3 levels to 40 but it's such a struggle at only 30k EXP/hour.

Not sure why you are only 30k. If you play around with the settings its easy to get Necro bot running between 80k and 140k.

Something has changed, getting banned or something, bot doesn't seem to work anymore. Seems to work for a moment using different IP.

Using Necrobot with the same account and everything seems to be working fine.

I think Niantic is setting stricter rules on IP ban, the speed Haxton bot is running triggers the ban after awhile even if you're running only one bot.

Even my Necro triggered a IP ban just by renaming all the Pokemon based on IV without much delay.
