Yes, there is literally a option "prioritize iv over cp" it's by default false but you can just change to true. A way to show more pokemons on the list, that I don't know.

To the guy with the 92% dragonite dont sweat it, there is no noticable increase in any IV let alone 8%. IV grinding is just for bored people, unless you really think 11 hp and .04 dps on a lvl 79 pokemon makes a difference. Everyone always hates when I bring up the truth about IV, but yeah do the math. We are talking 2-3% strength increase, when a moveset accounts for 95% of your damage output.
