The "perfection" of the pokemon on the 3 "hidden" stats. Every pokemon on Pokemon Go has 3 bonus, attack, defense and stamina with values from 0 to 15. so, a pokemon with 15/15/15 bonus would be a 100% perfect Pokemon.

100% is for end game. So if you have 100% and a 5%, both are same level, the 100% one will be a lot stronger.

Depends on the Pokemon. If you are planning to use it to take/defend gyms, then it is worth investing in the 100% one rather than the higher CP one.

Are you using the newest version? You have to download via github, just edit the settings on rocketapi.console and build as a StartUp project.

Don't know about the others, I tested and used the Squire (the first community edition), then I went to Necro and still using, no complains about it. Don't know about the others but Necro had a TON of fixes and improvements, the IV settings works 100%, for me, the best right now if you know how to build. An interface is nice but the more updated is probably the Necro.

Probably the bot you are using, I use the Necrobot, you are probably using other.
