I said stick to 200 speed. It's the most reliable consistent speed in most areas.

how did you setting the distance? in the user settings there is no option for that ( movement range )
and what bot are you using seems its more detail..showing the amount of stardust,pokedex,etc

The distance is in the App.config or UserSettings.settings file. And I'm pretty sure he is using the same bot, his command window is longer, so it shows more, not sure about the pokedex part because I haven't updated this bot in a while.

I downloaded the github folder but there is no Exe file or anything? the readme doesnt help. Am I missing a download or do I need some extra software?

Yes, you need Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0, or you can download the .exe version of this bot from fokeiro's signature. (complied bot) Check page 60

I did download the compiled version. The only problem with that is there is no GPX option in the user.xml which I really want to use!
