Though, currently it will transfer a 3k 60% Dragonite and keep a 200CP 95% Dragonite. So you might want to change the following line to AND

what about this? "weak" means?

Weak Pokémon are the shitty ones, you don't need anyways. Because they have either low CP or low IV.
