IV based evolve/transfer tool

i installed pip

I did, I'm getting this though.

Okay I have no idea. I'm going to look into making this a little easier to run on Windows.

I meant the output to the pip installation. Just run it again--the module 'requests' is provided by the installation on requirements.txt.

That should be fixed now--didn't test with python2 again =/

with this last update the gui isn't working for me anymore. keeps telling me typeerror: start() missing 1 required positional argument 'config'
