Bot that Transfers/Evolves based off IV% rather than CP

Most bots I've seen that transfer duplicates do so based off of CP values. Does anyone know a bot that values IV% over CP?

There's an option on Necronomicons bot, actually more than one, you can prioritize IVs over CP, you can also set a % for IVs to auto evolve the pokemon, for example, always evolve pokemons with 95%+ IVs, and you can also set to only keep pokemons higher that a % of IVs and transfer all others. Pretty cool functions.

Thank you! I'm gonna try and figure out how to install that one. TBH i can't even get past step 2 of the installation haha. "Unzip the downloaded files, run the program (PoGo.NecroBot.CLI.exe), close it." But I can't actually find an executable file in the download!

You need to build a compilation with Visual Studio.

someone could explain why and Eevee with much higher CP would be worse than other with lower CP but Higher IV?
