Seems like the area around Santa Monica Pier is having issues - pokestops and pokemon are not loading. I had to move to another location or else I'd constantly get the '(ATTENTION) No usable PokeStops found in your area. Is your maximum distance too small?' message.

Can you add some coords for an good location around without getting softbanned? Have the bot off for 10mins now.

Use Pokevision. Move the marker until you see a nice clump of pokemon, then get the coords for that location. There's a lot of areas that are closeby, so it shouldn't be hard to find one without getting softbanned.

works just fine for me. Only thing is that I wanted to use the Ptc as auth and I had errors with the config until i used "ptc" instead of "Ptc"

And as suggested use the site Any Place En for the coordinates the ones I was using from google maps gave me errors too.
