When I change DefaultLatitude and Longitude it doesn't uptade the bot after restart, does anyone has the same problem?

I have to unzip the project again and start a new bot

Is there a spesific config to just evolve shitty pokemons and then transfer them like zubats pidgeys etc? The ideal scenario would be:

Keep highest cp
transfer duplicates
keep %85 iv regardless of duplicate
evolve all pidgey, zubat, weedle (shitty pokemon for xp)

It's not possible for them to log you in if you download a new version, the account credentials for the configuration would not be there, you are probably still running the old bot.
