OP, did Niantic make some server side changes in the last couple hours?
I can't get more than 50k XP/h anymore. I used to get 120-150k/h.
Tried with Necrobot and Haxtonbot with tweaked settings and several different locations: New York, Santa Monica, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Sydney, London...

I think it has to do with server throttling.
