[Suggestion] make leechers rep before download.

Ok so there have been alot of leecher threads lately and alot of them are saying ban them, dont let them download, etc. well my suggestion is (If its possible) make it so the leechers who are able to rep (5 posts needed i believe?) Have to rep the OP before downloading the file on the page. when u are unregistered it says like [only registered people can view links] make it say [Link available after rep is given] or something like that.

I know it may not sound like a great idea but alot of the problems people are having with leechers is that they just take content without posting feedback or repping, so if u force them to rep the person in order to take that persons work it would create less of a problem

Minor Clarification: im not saying force everyone to rep before download, just leechers who havent earned enough rep yet. this would also reduce the amount of times a leecher can download files a day because u can only give out so much rep per 24 hours.

When you have 5 rep i dont believe your a leecher. I might be wrong but I'm pretty sure thats the whole point, when you hit 5 rep your a member or summit'

A "Post Thank You" Modification would be a lot better.

leechers can only download a thread HOSTED on the mmowned server once a day. We feel that this is the best way to have it.
