I didn't mean to imply that I wanted to be rid of leechers, I meant that there should be tools to encourage leechers to contribute and remove the worst of them. I was sort of ranting there, heh, thanks for the input.

I have a question, I have been seeing a lot of people doing the lotteries. It is almost like bribing people, its like who ever can rep the starter of the thread the most gets the prize. Could someone she'd some light on this, are you allowed to start threads saying stuff like, wtt 200 g for 1 rep. Is this allowed?

IMO, 99% of MMOwned are leechers, Thats how its always been on every forum ever made, and thats how it'll always be. I don't personally want to be rid of them, simply because MMOwned will have about 600 members left. Be happy that people like the work you're contributing, whether or not you get rep for it

I completely agree. I myself have been a reader for a few days and thought I would sign up and take my stab at things.

I don't discover much of anything on my own but I am really here to help test/confirm things. I may not get +rep for doing this but at least I'm contributing to the site in a positive way rather than leeching.

That's my take on it anyways.

Well here are a few of them, some have been edited but they all at one point said something like, giving away accounts or stuff, then they had a side note that said something about i want to get Contributer before Christmas or something. Not that its bad, but thats almost like bribing.

here are some of the posts, if they have been edited then just click on the thread starter and read the list of all of their recent rep, you'll see. I am also saying that it isnt bad to give away free stuff, everyone likes it, but its like rep scamming.

I, also, agree with this post. I've tried to contribute for the last year, posting one or two good threads a month. and I've only got 11 rep. Each post had atleast 800 views, and only about 7 replies, and even less rep.

It annoys me. I try to contribute. I get nothing or little as a reward.

i can understand what your all saying and even tho im still site noob rank i agree personally im an idiot when it comes to discover new things tht should be shared everything i think about is already available on mmowned so i cant contribute with new stuff but i still wanna +rep whenever i find something i can use in one way or another.
