Rename Scam Forum

Since the forum is hardly being used for scamming, we should rename it to scam prevention forum? That place is dead, and since no one will back up scamming anyways whats the point of having it named scam forum? Just misleading imo.

That section is like my grandmothers ******, it's there but no one will ever use it again.

I agree with the post because why not? I don't see anything but how to PREVENT the scams on there.
