Need help...

Easy e-mail scam, got nice US account with 70 warlock on PvE
Here the info i got:
* First and Surname
* Address
* Zip code
* Phone number Daytime
* Country
* CD-key
* Account name
* Account password
* Secret Question and Answer

But I dont know why he told me email, that does not match registered (seems thats that mail, he replied me from). His mail is on Yahoo, and Date of Birht required there to do anything But in US acc management its hided. So I need some advices from you what shoul I do
Have some ideas:
1) Fill special webform "my acc hacked!!!1" on blizz site, and wait for them change mail to mine.
2) Send victim new mail, asking for his DoB.
Or may be theres some place where registered DoB in acc management shown? Plaese tell me then, cuz I dont know (Im playing on EU )

You can call blizzard and say your name and some other info(thats what I want to know :/) and they will change the email to yours.

What are you asking?

Are you saying you have all his info besides email?

If he wasn't lying about any of it, you could call Blizzard and get the email changed.

-Blizzard: Hello this is Dave from Blizzard Billing and Account services. Can I have your area code and phone-number first?
-Me: Of course, 928-482-1252 (tell them your real number)
-Blizzard: Alright thank you. How can I help you today?
-Me: I am having e-mail problems and would like to change the e-mail on my account.
-Blizzard: That shouldn't be a problem. I'm just going to ask you a few things.
-Me: Very well
-Blizzard: What is your account name?
-Me: <<Tell them the acc name you scammed>>
-Blizzard: Alright, what is the registered first and last name on the account?
-Me: <<Tell them the full name you scammed>> WHILE YOU DO THIS, SPELL THE LAST NAME TO BE EXACTLY SURE HOW IT'S WRITTEN
-Blizzard: Alright, I need to know the secret answer to the secret question.
-Me: <<Tell them the secret answer you scammed>>
-Blizzard: Thank you .That is correct. What do you want the e-mail changed to?
-Me: <<Tell them your e-mail>>
-Blizzard: That is done, is there anything else I can help you with today?
-Me: That should be everything I needed, thank you very much. Bye
