Aye, what Eli said. You used to get access to the site chat program, the Flash Chat, but that has since been removed and replaced with the shout box. Or Bawx², I should say

Also, as a active user you should know that people think better of you. People won't blame you for spamming and flaming as much as a LLL, they will read your post, actually.
Also, with some rep you can also request sigs from people which have a rep-level as requirement (as Minimized does) and you get so many "hidden" features that you should be proud of your rank and not ask "ONLY 2 new forums?"...
