Naah no risk, as long as there is no way to link you to the account, they will only have an IP. But note, that if u do create another account with the same IP, they can get u. It happened to my friend. He had an account with a negative 230 balance, and that was like a year ago. He just created a new one, and started to get money and stuff on it, and then bam, limited until you pay the 230 dollars.

So, there is no risk in using a verifid paypal correct? I verified it via netspend.com(or .net) and now i took out a bunch of money i dont have. Ofcourse i am using a fake name and adress.
