while scamming online or trying to use paypal scams and such be SURE to use proxies, this prevents them from tracking your "IP" sort of like your address on the internet. If all you are going to do is browse around and register with BS information to scam right on the boards use anonym.to | Anonym surfen | link to other sites anonymously.
If you don't like the sound of web based proxies try some proxies that can be entered into your browser, these can be found at Proxy Lists. Sorted by type. List #1

P.S. I posted this after getting my info reported by some noob selling guides but nothing happened because i was in a country on the other side of the world. But i imagine if you were neighbors with him you would be a sad person.
