Hi! I just have some questions and hoping to get some recommendations from you. My friend is operating a small call center and she is planning to expand this year. She asked me to join her as her business partner. I already said yes and recently she gave me a list of our upcoming projects for the expansion. So one is about getting a predictive dialer software...not really so familiar with it so I am trying to study and get all useful information before we finally decide to have this. Anybody here works in a call center? Can you share some good points if you also have this in your firm? I also requested few companies to send me a proposal and looking forward to receive them next week. Thanks!
