The pic was posted several times on /b/.

Technically, its no Child Pornography as she is not showing anything lol. She merely lifted her shirt off and covered her nipple with her hand.... which.... is legal (Fail legal system lol.).

This wasn't really about the girl and her antics but more about what a parent can do at this stage -kinda topic.
Not to be rude or anything but the father in this case doesn't seem at all well informed about the internet and the troubles it can bring into your home.
Any thoughts on that, and perhaps what you would do?

I would take away the web cam... Having her crying on it and the dad freaking out just adds fuel to the fire.

Trust me, they CAN get away with it lol. Lots of underage models these days...

There was actually a website several years ago that was on the news where they had underage (about 10-16?) models on there nude, but had their "Stuff" covered (Like by tree leaves, being behind a car, ect.) and they COULD get away with it because of some failure in the system lol.
