LG ENV2 Problems

Hi all, I got my LG env2 around august and it was not until about two(2) days ago that it started to malfunction. All the buttons are pressing themselves, its dialing numbers, its starting to get annoying because i cannot text or call because it will hang up, exit the text window or cause other mischief.

If anyone here knows how to fix it or if i need to call a Verizon rep. if you could inform me how to do so i would be grateful
