Bug in the forum?

When im trying to enter the trade section. it tells me:

SpikeeeN, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

and well the rank/rep system that is atteched says:

After 20 posts and 10 rep you will receive the rank of Active Member. With this rank you get a bluish color to your name, and you will get permission to Private Forums, and access to the Trading system.

and im NOT disabled.. or am I doing something wrong ? help please

After to much scamming, the Trading section was made only accessible to Donators and Contributors. Sorry for any inconvenience.
