[Request] Need a fitting background...

Wondering if any one could help me out with this. I can not think of a background to use for this.. I'm thinking of putting a lens flare on it too so that is something to keep in mind.
This is the picture. I'm thinking of adding scales or something to make that dragon less ugly.. He didnt turn out the way i really wanted..

This is ment to be a very small picture. Another thing to keep in mind. Which is why alot of it looks like crap. Its only like 300x200 or something tiny like that.

hmm not sure why but a foresty/night elf kind of background comes to mind (maybe the nelf in the bottom left) but just the contrast or browns and greens seems kool. with like vines and a light source in the corner shining across or something? just an idea, i think thats kind of what you were looking for

Indeed that would be nice. At first I was thinking just a black background.. But that would be too plain...

yeah and also solid black i think may contrast to much with the darkish dragon aswell making it hard to see. sorry im not really sure what to suggest other than that
thats the kind of image i had for some reason (took a while to find one like i was thinking as though might sound confusing)
or perhaps you could do a multi toned background? like with fire one side slowly changing to the foresty green type?

Only problem is that might be kinda hard for me to do X_x' sadly I saved it and closed the picture so I dont have layers any more.. But Idk.. Tempted to remove those night elfs in the picture you put up and slap mine on there lol!
