[HELP- EASYMODE] Convert 2 Pictures Into 1 - Cut+Paste

I need somebody just to cut + paste one picture on the bottom of another because I'm too lazy to install Photoshop after reinstalling my Windows. It's easy way for you guys to gain rep as well!
