You didn't draw it yourself though. And all you did was add some japanese / chinese signs, an eye and do the Wind effect on them.. For some reason I'm not impressed

no i think he made the grass and put that eye in there. also its not the wind effect. He did motion blur at 0 degrees and im guessing 50 pixels :P

ill tell you what he did, he got a canvas changed the backround color, imported the render duplicated layer chose motion blur, changed how clear it came in and added some chinese/japanese/asian

Well that grass kinda sorta looks like a grass brush that comes with PS

True, the render has the grass, I drew the Chinese signs by myself.
The Background made in CS3
0degrees motion blur at like 45pixels or so ( I believe ;P)
and the eye is also hand drawn and scanned into my computer, recoloured and rescaled.

What I ment by "Made by ME" is like, it isnt COPY PASTA...I edited,made peices of the pic by myself too.
