Your client window size does not fit recommendations. Try to calibrate, Swtor client size must be 1024x766. Window size and position can differ from default 1040x804 - 0,0 depending on your decoration settings.

This may be a really stupid question but I seem to be having issues with SWTOR randomly closing while running the bot, or the bot and SWTOR closing itself, both after a certain number of missions.

This happens to me as well, usually sometime between 40 and 85 missions. I generally take it as a sign that it was time to log out for appearance's sake anyhow. Then I log it back in of course.

I think this is an issue with the game client itself, but Phagotron can correct me if I'm mistaken.

Same over here, client randomly dismisses. Happened after two missions as well as didnt happen after 100+, happens with autopilot as well as flying manually. So I do not believe its a technical issue by itself. But anyway, always a good reason to refresh the login stamp. For automatic client restart federp offers a script in a separate thread.

My taskbar is autohidden.

First move your taskbar to the right side, else it covers some of the needed pixels or comes in way within a mission. Then exit the bot and set your game interface to Default - the Default default from dropdown list, not just a custom one looking like the default one Then restart bot and try calibration again. If calibration does not set your game window position to 0,0 and sizes it to 1024x766 you will have to do it manually (what will be tricky)

There is no way to run the client with sizes other than that. No trick, no workaround. If you get it into the right position and meet recommendations it will run like a machine. If not ... bummer. Not much in between.

Remember - once you found the right position (check sysinfo for that) exit the bot with the X from titlebar or Alt+F4 (Window close) to save your position data to config. F4 only will save nothing so next time you start the bot it will again move the window to wrong position.

When I calibrate it says 1040x828offset 0,24 img tolerance suggested 106.

Moving the window to 0,0 makes me miss the mission icons and it won't let me resize my client window from 742 to 766 because my screen is too small.

As I stated before, the older versions of the bot activate my power conversion module on the same character despite not matching recommended size.

From what I have seen the crash is in the stir client. I have seen it happen as tron said "after 2 missions and not after 100". In fact I have run 200+ no problems. I have seen the same crash tabbing through other apps. Or just poof. Not swtor log written or windows dump files. Says to be the client is loosing or double accessing a mem hook.... And stuff.... Lol


I. Delete the /retailclient and cache. And run s repair every few days... Keeps issue low.

You mean 0,-24 ? That would fit the math in calibrate ...
Your titlebar looks a bit big, that steals additional pixels from your already-having-not-too-much-pixels display. If you set your desktop themes, the easy way would be to select Aero windows 7 which should compact the titlebar a bit. Another way is to go to extended desktop settings (from Window colors) where you can set colors and sizes for all decoration elements. Active and Inactive window titlebar should be 21 pixels, you may have to adjust the font size to fit in there.

Also you could stop the bot, edit config.ini, Screen section Width=1040, Height=828, X-Offset=0, Y-Offset=-24 and then restart the bot.

Delete and repair really helped? So far it didnt do for me. Also I didnt experience crashes in normal game for a long time. In some way I suspect a bit its a GM game, they simply kick clients in space randomly. (They need to report activity against bot users to their management, just in case nothing else is to do lol)
