Not trying to sound like a smart ass here, Phillz, but couldn't you just use coordinates? The crew window will always pop up the same place as well as the icons?

I'm sure you thougt about this, just throwing out some ideas.

oh yeah for sure thats option B, its always in the same spot etc
so just brute force its way to victory
however i like my things nice and clean so it clicks only when it needs to, and doesnt do unnecessary clicks on potentially 'empty spaces' on every rotation
by chance, it might click on something that it shouldnt, and then bad things might happen

of course this is another 'final option', and also is extremely easy to implement so yeah, might just do that in the end .. but yeah ill see ..

hey pilz i just did a donation to you for the bot, everything its okay until the mission starts, it says : looking for event ... and it stays in the right or left corner of the window stuck and dont let me move or anything then it just say event didnt found and leaves the mission and start over again, but when i choose timer as sinc method it just say waiting for timer, the battle starts and it says looking for timer yet and in middle of the fight it says recording press E when finished, why its happening this? Im using a slow old computer, this problems are the mission 34 lvl skraros and muggar ice field i hope you can help me thank you.

They work fine in 4.0x and 3.3 versions make sure you didn't change the binds on ur char

I didn't change anything. When I press 1 on my keyboard the skill number one is activated ( it's not the 1 from the numpad, it's & actually). Could you tell me where your skills are binded?

if he didnt record mission it wont start it would just tell him no mission recorded.... Charles666 you need to follow the directions for making your own images and make sure your in 800x600 windowed with Low resolution follow this site Untzbot its very simple when you get it down right

hi, if it says 'recording press E when finished' that means you are in record mode, because you changed the mode yourself to record mode by pressing R

when this is on, you play the mission normally, then press E when you are done

then you change the mode back to play mode, and turn the bot back on

if event sync is not working, follow Making Event Sync Files - YouTube on how to re-make your own sync file

So no matter how many times I record Llanic trying different graphics settings and timed/event it will never play back right, it always plays back delayed. Anyone else have this problem or any suggestions to fix it?

yup,same for me since the last patch from bw...i went back to 3.x and all is fine....

3.3 still fails every time for me, its not as bad but it always starts delayed shooting right behind where i record. This is the only mission that does it too. All the other missions work fine.

so i it plays back delayed.... just do a good recording and turn down ur delay before you play back>?? say since it hardcoded to record at 2000 delay tune down to 1500 for half a second catchup or 1000 for a full second
Llanic if i remember was a bit tricky...... but as friendly advice just do syvris evac not as much to kill but easier to survive/complete mission.....there has been times i have had to make new sync picture for event 10 times before i got 1 that picks up every time
Good luck on gettin it right i see if i can record a good one later and you just have to mess with delay

just wanted to give some feedback and a big thx for your work. Really works like a charm.

I had some problems with Sollust (40), but managed to fix it after taking my own images and trying a hand full of recordings (99% win now). I really advice everyone taking a look at the youtube videos, they really explain how to get everything working, and do your own images.

Well, these tipps are nothing new, but perhaps they will help someone here:

• Allways try to "overnuke" targets during recordings
• If you have problems, try to adjust your desktop resolution , too (affecting windows size)
• make your own images, and don´t be afraid to take different focus objects
• Once you have enough missles, target everything addionally with missles. They tend to be less affected by delay and you have enough.
• Don´t forget that you can turn of barrel roll for certain missions to avoid collisions.

Not regretting my donation a bit.

so yeah i know ive been lazy recently, so heres a brute force crewbot
basically its another beta for the 'to be included' crewbot

if all goes well (it better!) then ill be rolling out 4.1 which will only contain a handful of anti-crash measures (removal of botstatus.txt), some better deathcheck detection, a fix of the 'accept button', and of course the crewbot

ive been trying to implement a 'series of missions' kind of thing, but there is a major problem - delay timer
some recordings are not 'perfectly in sync' with other recordings, so if all missions are set to the same timer it may be somewhat tricky to get every mission to work if you run many of them
if/when i do implement it, all missions will be forced to run at the same delay timer until i can figure out a proper solution (probably a header file containing delay information or something)
event sync shouldnt suffer too much, but timer sync might take a nasty hit, its kind of unknown right now
also, of course, higher-end computers shouldnt even have a problem with this delay issue, but crappier ones (like my own) will feel the pain

and with all that said, heres CrewBot v2.0, tell me if it has any major issues

please remember that its not supposed to be run every 10 seconds, but after every space mission, so realistically it should only run every 3-7 minutes and thus be 'less suspicious'

and yes the list sometime gets 'derpy', so you might need to click and use the arrow keys/tab to move the menus around (no idea why it does that)

Hey just tried it on my imperial agent with two companions.

Is there a reason you have it only doing the check on companion 1 every 10 seconds and not both?

I also noticed that it won't select the companion 2 mission correctly. it clicked around where the missions are but not on a mission.


companion #1 works though.
