I am making sure that all my automatic offset detection tooling is up to date and works on league start scenario.
that tooling requires regular maintenance and i haven't done any since start of current league.
that being said, I am still working on it and will release as soon as everything is ready.

Is the launcher still used to get updates? From the 404 error it shows, I assume the file host no longer available?
