Have you configured the key timeout under the Core tab (first tab)? Maybe it's not high enough.

i tested it on my side and couldn't reproduce the issue, here are the screenshots for proof.

NOTE: u can see how much far away I am from the way point as a proof that the flask didn't trigger before 1 second.

turn on the debug mode, i want that in the screenshot as well.
BTW (minor change I did to your rule): I don't understand why you got 6 second cooldown on your rule, so I removed that while testing for this.

One quick thing that I noticed. It only triggers in the buggy way if the overlay is closed/hidden.

I set the cooldown to match with the flask (or skill) duration, so that it won't be triggered or checked again until it's run its course. I assume this causes the condition checking to be skipped until the cooldown has passed.

Please fix AutoHotkeyTrigger Condition : Ailment : Player has Cursed
Its not working with warlord and assasin mark which monsters cast on me
Anticurse flask helping with it, but script for auto use not working for marks at all

no, not yet, was busy in league start/playing the game.

so I spend some time on fixing this, I couldn't find the monster that curse me with these two curses.
So I would need your help, next time it happen (i.e. you are cursed and flask isn't being drunk), press the F10 button as shown below. It will generate a special file in AHKT folder, share that with me.
