do the patch fixed preload?
I run it normally in debugging mode from the vstudio, but nothing happens when I run the assembled solution(.exe). Please tell me if you can guess what the problem is. The folder contains the following files:

Asking again - why Random-Features plugin (from GitHub - IlliumIv/Random-Features: PoeHUD Plugin: Random Features) always disappear after reload ExileApi ? and it's nessary to delete and add it again for correct working ? How to fix it?

For the preload alert plugin, why does config_new folder get generated the 2nd time you open exileapi ?

Hoping someone might be able to help/advise.
Back Info: I've not used a HUD since a little after the limited user method was required back for PoEHUD, well, I stopped playing PoE about then too and started again a few weeks back.
So I've downloaded Queuete's ExileAPI along with the limited user setup. Bare in mind I've tried reinstalling, restarting loader.exe, restarting PC, restarting PoE, running as admin, deleting/recreating settings.json. The trouble I'm having is that I run using loader.exe as I should and the HUD loads with the settings window and my player health bar in the bottom-right region, however, when I go into zones/maps it doesn't load the full map, map icons, preloads etc. The only over thing it seems to load is enemy health bars above the, well, enemies. It also didn't use my flasks at %life but I've not looked at them settings much yet as want to get it properly working first.
Is anyone able to advise on what the issue is and hopefully a fix too?

So I think it is loading but it is loading in the wrong place because when I have the full map up, now and then I see enemy icons at the bottom right as they're moving so I think its loading most of it off screen. To be certain, where should the player health bar load by default? If it helps, I'm using 4k monitors.
Edit II:
Appears MOST of it was caused by the Windows scaling. Got the idea from the Git Repo troubleshooting section. Was for a different but similar issue. Keyword is MOST though as while I can see the stuff on screen now, it seems to be approximately an inch lower than it should but looking into it.
Edit III:
Confusing as hell and not sure why but multi-threading options seems to have fixed it for now but rather weird ha :S.
