The Plugins are not included in the released PoeHelper.zip. The settings wont be overwritten.

So I just overwrite everything in the main folder with the PoeHelper.zip that got downloaded by the updater then I take it?

Release 3.12.21 broke the HighlightedItems plugin, it's taking every item from stash now instead of highlighted ones only, still broken in 3.12.22. Works fine after reverting back to 3.12.20.

Looks like a stack of trade macro users got false-flagged. GGG sent out a message saying they banned 130+ people but the official forums are now basically on fire with a heap of other trade macro users saying they were banned so GGG has e-mailed most of them back saying they will open an investigation of it now and hopefully resolve the issue in ten to fourteen days.

God damnit I've been making a new folder every time there was an update and changing the settings myself. I noticed the plugins weren't there and didn't figure out it would work like this. I pepega.
Side note, hud has been working really well this league so thank you to everyone who has been working on it

Build a development version, find the incorrect offsets in whatever it is missing, fix them, it should work again. If you can't, or won't, do that then, no, there is no way for you to "fix" this.

Did anyone got banned?

Many ppl was banned for Awakened PoE Trade and (?) PoE Overlay (Supposed it be caused it's not open source code, many iterations with official trade site. Nobody knows.)
