Have one on W key and second on E key, "W" work, "E" doesnt.

Why does arcane cloak have a cooldown before it gets used again? there no slider or anything for it

Make a git issue, i will check at some point when i dont forget it. i think it was working fine last time i used 2 vaal gems though.
Also Tell me the Gems you use. maybe its missing vaal in InternalName so its not reconised.

Can you explain whats the Issue ? Cooldown detection is automated by now.

After the skill effect disappears, it takes few seconds to use it again AFTER the skill cooldown has disappeared

was already expecting it to not work as it was broken for 7+ Leagues. even on TC Fork it was fixed just recently. Due to posting of

If it is ActorSkill stats dictionary, I have fixed that about two weeks ago.

I was thinking this might have been fixed. Otherwise I wont have pushed the updates with auto CD to public.

So your best bet is waiting for a fixed queuete's Fork where it shows the actual skill.cooldown (Cooldown - Reduction) and not the default value, or use an old CoPilot version that still has Sliders for CD.

To make sure its an Issue with the Fork you can check with Plugin Devtree, if the cooldown value changes (ActorSkill) if you put in Second Wind

That dictionary is fixed, and there have been some followup fixes for the enum which is used as key for that dictionary. Should be easy enough to figure out using the devtree plugin whether some wrong key is shown there.

That enum looks like generated code, but I am not aware of some (public) tool for generating this, maybe someone else knows...?

You can try to look the other way round, some number that looks like the cooldown with a wrong label

Tried looking but couldn't see any number change under arcane cloak. Or then I'm at wrong directory
