Thank you for your efforts, also hoping you can fix this.
Tried a couple of minutes of gameplay but as stated above it's not really playable like this. Light switches from dark to bright every few seconds when you walk. Also becomes completely dark in cave area's, alternating from dark to bright when you walk around.
The fullbright bug settings do nothing for me.

You could try what I did, I have set the zoom in and out to mouse wheel left and right, which I have scripted to . and , for the Fullbright on and off I have scripted numeric 9 to toggle the fullbright with the thump button, so whenever you loose the FB you use your thump button to get it back. Oh and turn off Shadows off course.

That one (fullbright) I have and trying to replicate it for the new game. Let's c if I succeed or not.
Guys here's the new version, now when ever full bright get fked up just press , or . and it will be fine.

EDIT: Just found out that full bright won't work if u turn off Options->Texture Filtering. So don't turn off this option, u can use 2x to 16x depending on your computer specs.

If I did not reply to you, it mean the question you are asking is stupid.

it's for 32bit dx9 or dx9ex. not 64bit.
These hacks don't work on 64bit anyway.

I've been working on the x64 version for a bit since it came out and I have working mh, zoom, no fog and full bright - all the standard shit. Also, I've managed to accomplish all that with no game code(.TEXT) modifications. Only problem I'm having is removing the black shit when you zoom out - I can make it using the last method i posted here by modifying that +1c float but I haven't found a way to modify that value consistantly without a code(.TEXT) modification. Does anyone know a different method to remove the black shit? Even if its for x32 i can figure it out for x64. When i figure out the remove black shit I'll release my stuff with the source.

Dunno why it's still broken for me
crystal veins / black core black, pressing , or . doesn't change anything.
Got 2x on texture filtering

Yeah, it broke for me too, restart the game and activated everything before going into "town/instance" fixed that problem for me.
Try it multiple times, it will work.
Just checked in crystal vein, it's working with ","

The only thing that worked for me was on your previous version to hotkey fullbright itself and turn it on and off whenever it creates shadows, and I had shadows turned off for it to run.

On my system everything is working for following settings. That doesn't mean it doesn't work for other settings, but just to give u guys idea.
