fullbright not working with last patch

Everything else is working but fullbright on the patch 1.2.0c

Looks like fullbright broke on 1.2.0c on the steam client

On steam version, the full bright is no longer working. but if you activate zoom hack and map hack , it can still work

Confirmed. Fullbright no longer functional on non-steam version since latest update. Zoom & map still work.
