Yes, they don't have the most logical customer service you know. Of course they have odd priorities.

Uh yeah lol, people that got "hacked" have been waiting a week now to get responses yet people that got banned have gotten responses in 1-2 days

I think if they changed ur title to approved its ok. Maybe when the ban will be revelealed for real they change the status to approved.

You need to specify the queue number a bit more than hiding 4 numbers lol. I meant more like shifting 15+-!
Mine was in the 20,000 range, was yours 20,500, 20,100?

Also, they said the time should start counting the moment they posted the announcement. So I'm pretty sure it should be today. But then others have gotten messages they will get their bans removed in 48 hours, which makes me not so sure about that. The previous poster has a bit to say in this, during holidays they are already packed, they're most likely waiting until either tomorrow or tuesday.

Remember, it's not just 4000 people. It's way more, that's just a figure number.

It seems like only german people (like me) got that and also it says "during the next 48 hours" so it could also be after 30 hours

I got banned 69,5 hours ago i did send them a qeustion right away and recieved a email for another chanse 65.5 hours ago they where really fast with responding mine 4 hours after the ban.

EDIT:
Everyone without response - post a new ticket via the GERMAN ticketing system! Me and the other guy grusin that did this have both have our tickets bans appealed in little time (3-4 hours!).

Please understand the reason behind this: there is no "issue type" to choose. If they have 10 departments working on different issues, and these issues are the "last" they're looking at, you're going to get a huge boost in time if you don't have a category because any of the departments will be able to handle it, no?

Try it at least! I had 3 total tickets (with my first question "why was i banned") and I still got appealed regardless. So don't feel like they have resentment towards you for posting several tickets as long as you're not spamming
