    Can those that got approved provide us an estimation of how many times you exploited? I'm wondering whether or not they are only unbanning those that did exploit less first, and leave those that bought thousands last, or not even unban?

    Edit: and also those that did get approved, are you able to log in now? I believe it's been 72 hours since the banhammer.

    I used +20k karma and I got Awaiting Approval. Had to send the ticket twice and got it after 3h the 2nd time.

    First my ticket says that I will get unbanned in the next 48 hours. That happened 20 hours ago. I think the 72 hours are over in 3 hours (as I got banned at midnight GMT +2, I'm from Germany).
    On reddit the support team said I exploited it ~130 times.

    Information about my ticket:
    According to the CSS ticket system, I posted my ticket 08/31/2012 03:30 PM
    My ticket had the number 120831-020037.
    My ticket was named "Karma Weapons Exploit Appeal".
    When read & approved, your ticket will be changed to "Karma Weapons Exploit Appeal – approved", this is the final step of the appeal. If you have this, you are officially on 72h on their due time, which should be somewhere in about 6-10 hours from now on (which is what I am guessing since they never gave any "official" time).

    I had two tickets, with the same title. The other one was a similar duplicate to my first one, but when they finished my main one, they put my second ticket into "Duplicate" status. The "Duplicate" one was sent from the german customer support part (de.support.guildwars2.com) where you can't assign a category. I assumed that they will read it regardless of category, because you can't assign one. Was I right?
    They are not and I repeat, they are not looking at tickets in queue order. They are taking it as per user queue, and maybe the first time you ever filed a ticket.

    My advice:
    Have you not made a ticket with the correct title, you're not going to get an answer. Most likely due to them sorting out the tickets as per title. Or, they might read it - but they'll read it later, after all the current ones are finished. I don't know for sure, but this is a high possibility.

    Posting several tickets won't do any good, as it seems. But it was shortly after my ticket today that I got my old one approved, maybe they really do check the newer ones first. You judge!

    Are you to post a new ticket, try to do it through the german gateway as I described above. It may have something to do with them having too many Account Issues sent in, and if you send one without category (which you can't even choose in DE portal) they will read it as a "general" ticket in all of their support sections?

    On the ticket I got as "duplicate" which I honestly think triggered the actual "reading" of my tickets; I posted from Guild Wars 2 Support |Antworten suchen on which you cannot apply a issue type. You just send a question! I suggest doing that!

    What game account name?
    Game account; the account name, durp. The email I registered with , this is the same as the login to game credentials.

    i did just send another ticket. and then checked my tickets and it says aproved on the one from 31.8 now :O . not sure if its because of the second ticket i just made or just this random timing.

    Nobody is going to be unbanned before Tuesday, they don't want us on the servers during a holiday because they are already over populated and all servers have mass ques.

    but they said they count the time from the announchment they made to offer 72hours convert. and when ur ticket gets aproved...

    You need to specify the queue number a bit more than hiding 4 numbers lol. I meant more like shifting 15+-!
    Mine was in the 20,000 range, was yours 20,500, 20,100?

    Also, they said the time should start counting the moment they posted the announcement. So I'm pretty sure it should be today. But then others have gotten messages they will get their bans removed in 48 hours, which makes me not so sure about that. The previous poster has a bit to say in this, during holidays they are already packed, they're most likely waiting until either tomorrow or tuesday.

    Remember, it's not just 4000 people. It's way more, that's just a figure number.
