According to the CSS ticket system, I posted my ticket

My ticket had the number
120831-020037.
My ticket was named "
Karma Weapons Exploit Appeal".
When read & approved, your ticket will be changed to "
Karma Weapons Exploit Appeal – approved", this is the
final step of the appeal. If you have this, you are officially on 72h on their due time, which should be somewhere in about 6-10 hours from now on (which is what I am guessing since they never gave any "official" time).
I had two tickets, with the same title. The other one was a similar duplicate to my first one, but when they finished my main one, they put my second ticket into "
Duplicate" status. The "Duplicate" one was sent from the german customer support part (
de.support.guildwars2.com) where you can't assign a category. I assumed that they will read it regardless of category, because you can't assign one.
Was I right?
They are
not and I repeat, they are
not looking at tickets in queue order. They are taking it as
per user queue, and maybe the first time you ever filed a ticket.
My advice:
Have you not made a ticket with the correct title, you're not going to get an answer. Most likely due to them sorting out the tickets as per title. Or, they might read it - but they'll read it later, after all the current ones are finished. I don't know for sure, but this is a high possibility.
Posting several tickets won't do any good, as it seems. But it was shortly after my ticket today that I got my old one approved, maybe they really do check the newer ones first. You judge!
Are you to post a new ticket, try to do it through the german gateway as I described above. It may have something to do with them having too many Account Issues sent in, and if you send one without category (which you can't even choose in DE portal) they will read it as a "general" ticket in all of their support sections?
