Pretended to sell my account help please

ok i normally account scam, but i thought i would give pretending to sell my acccount ago, so he was a scammer i knew for sure hence not wanting to buy it off the website and more things so he sent me the money i have transfered it too my bank, but if i close the paypal account now will it stop the process? or will it just carry on and transfer it ? please help as i need to know wether to close it now or? thanks

When the money is on your bank or you have them in your hand paypal doesn't have much to do with them anymore.
