Trading 200k gold doesn't seem suspisious? No no, when buying game time for gold that means pure gold selling, rising Blizzards attention to your account and looks through it and finds that you bough "unlegit" game time. If you got your game time removed by blizzard, I'd recommend you no longer to buy game time from RaF.
Blizzard do not have any "Method" for finding players that have RaF game time on their account, but when trading large amounts of gold in this case for game time, you can get your account flagged for gold selling and Blizzard will look through your account information.
