For a lot of people $150 for months of entertainment is a pretty sweet deal.

The sale of these is not only illegal, it can ultimately mean the people that purchase Beta access from you may have it revoked in the near future. This has happened during previous expansions and I'm not sure why people haven't learned.

It's not illegal, i suspect it's just against blizzard's terms. I can't see the police knocking on your door because you purchased a cataclysm invite somehow. This forum is full of questionable material (look in the elite guides !). If you don't like this, you're probably in the wrong forum.
