Port Forwarding AT&T 3800HGV-B for Mangos WoW Server

I had my wow mangos server working properly but now that I've moved back home for summer vacation, my server is no longer public. I was using Comcast and now I'm connected to at&t. I am able to log into my server from the computer that is hosting the server but I can't log in from anywhere else (I get the message, "unable to connect. Please try again later. if the problem persists...). I have opened the modem via http://gateway/ and added a 'new application' with the ports I needed to make it public when I was on comcast with my linksys router. Now that I'm home, I'm plugged directly into the at&t modem which has an internet port and 4 additional ethernet ports.

This picture is the firewall status specifically designated for my computer on the modem. (please ignore the excess port numbers, I had just moved from Arcemu to Mangos and haven't gotten around to figuring out which ones I don't need anymore)

The other computer that I've been trying to log in with is also connected to the same at&t modem. It is able to ping 127.0.0.1 with 0ms, but obviously is unable to connect to the wow server.

Yes, I have forwarded to the correct computer. Prior to posting the image in the OP, I edited out the Public IP address (the public/external ip address that is designated for the computer hosting mangos server).

*if for some reason the image isn't expanding properly link*
