Paragon and EXP/h not working.

Hey,

I stopped playing for some seasons and just came back. Unfortunately the exp/h is not working for me. I already tried another clean install and levling up another paragon level afterwards it still sits at at p0 and 0 exp/h.

Did blizzard broke that functionality or is something broke on my end?

I don't know how it relates, but at the beginning of the season I had the same thing (solo play), it started to work when I played with friends and now work

My character is also seasonal. Did you play with someone in party or only alone?

Both. And none of it seems to fix it. If i swap character tho to a standard one, then it works for some reason. Its strange that a clean install did not solve it.

I was getting this and then it seemed to just start working when I installed Razor's plugins? I'm not sure what was glitching up.

HUD does not count experience/h before maximum regular level is reached (=it only start counting exp/h when paragon level 1 is reached)
