Simply put, as usual, Warden was NOT implemented clientside with the release of the game. That means there was no "WardenClient" to handle and interpret Warden requests sent from the servers. Warden has modules that contain the 'instructions' of what Warden watches for. As expected, the clientside portion of Warden was implemented with the first big client patch. That is, it could not have been implemented with a serverside change or "hotfix". However, now that the clientside responder has been implemented, modules and instructions can be defined and activated serverside, or "hotfixed". These modules can use various tactics to seek out fingerprints left by known hacks. At which time, if it finds references to said fingerprints, it will respond with a notification that you are a bad, bad person and you will be flagged for ban whenever they choose to do that. At this time, there is evidence of no modules, but they should be expected.
